Volunteer Interest Form

This form is for anyone interested in volunteering on the Clackamas County Arts Alliance Advisory Council, Clackamas County Cultural Coalition or a committee.

Committee Descriptions

Arts Alliance Advisory Council - Meets quarterly. Council members are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and may serve up to two 3-year terms. Council members are the eyes and ears for their respective communities and provide valuable feedback on the value of and need for arts in building community

Cultural Coalition - Meets quarterly. Coalition members manage the Clackamas County Cultural plan and are voted in by existing members. A Coalition member may serve up to two 3-year terms. The Coalition also provides insight into arts, heritage and humanities activities in their respective communities. The Coalition is tasked with distributing the annual allocation from the Oregon Cultural Trust via project and special opportunity grants.

Public Art Steering Committees - Stakeholder committees are formed at the beginning of each new project the Arts Alliance project management team leads. Most stakeholder committees include local business owners, neighborhood association representatives, city of municipal staff, professional artists and other art enthusiasts who are interested in bringing Public Art to their communities.

Other committees may be formed from time to time to provide local, stakeholder support for special events and projects.
